I could not understand your question properly but according to me you are talking about videos downloaded in yt app for later viewing so basically they have a time limit maybe 1 or 2 months and after that they expire so you have to update them regularly if you want to keep them. The youtube api is not returning songs you have moved from gpm to youtube music and uploaded previously on gpm or bought on gpm. You have to open the youtube music app and start a new.
